Somebody who wants to buy somewhere to live in for a few years, not as a
short-term investment.
I think most people will hold off while they keep on getting told that
prices are falling
Who's going to put their money down when they think that a £200,000
property could be worth £160,000 next year
People have to live somewhere[1], at some point things will stabilise
again. Various pundits seem to ahve different ideas when, one of them
is going to be right just because every potential scenario has
probably been suggested.
On the other side of the coin, I've not noticed the massive price drop around here
