But IMHO it hasn't been messed with that badly - I think that might be
worth a look to see if they can confirm what has been changed. With the
cost of some of the parts on these, they're quite easy to Cat C. Oh, and
the seat looks fugly.

It's also got some very useful modifications on it - the lower footrests
are a very good idea IMHO, as are the Tobinators.
