If it's just weapons then add South Africa, India, Pakistan and North
Korea. Of those countries I wouldn't be surprised if SA & NK had the
ability to launch from a submarine and all four certainly have

I'm working with one of the physicists who produced the material for the SA
nukes, and tested them. They were all destroyed and the material moved
overseas before the kaffirs took over. As was the capability to produce the
raw material.,
