I wouldn't bother going to see him, phone him and tell him you can't be
bothered to make a worthless trip because you a) don't have the disc,
and b) wouldn't give it back if you did. Don't be bullied. If he gets
shirty, tell him poiint blank and in these words to "*** right off".

Name and shame the company, but I'm guessing I know who it is. Has he
got ginger hair and a London accent?
