is my grandad on his bike, possibly taken in the 50s (mum reckons, though it looks a tad older to me). Anyone know what it is?

Last time I did this with someone else's dad, the apparently-obvious Hurley-Pugh Manxman Clubman was identified in about 5 mins. The clock is running!!!!
