It's never been registered, so it doesn't need a new frame to get a
V5. It's got the standard loom, so could be put on the road with
lights etc, and then you could get a V5 by declaring it as an import
(which, technically, it might be, cos it may have originally been
purchased in Ireland)
There is probably some tax to pay and lots of paperwork involved though?
There wasn't when I registered Darsy's NI reg'd 660 as a UK bike.
They let me keep the reg number too.
