I didn't understand your table. It read to me like, 'may I have one
beer, two iki, three üç etc ...'

English | Turkish | Rough Pronunciation

With sentence at the bottom. It doesn't really lend itself to direct translation at all well due to word order and other wierdness. But if you struggle through it you will end up with beer and a barman happy that you are trying and as with most places a happy barman is a good barman. :)

The sentence structure is subject, object, verb so the "can I have" goes at the end. Other grammatical structures are agglutinative and get stuck on the end of the word.
