Fair play, that's 3 times in a row you've put one over United at

Cane's a footballer now?
I was _shit_ at football at school but captained the rugby team for 5
years. Played number 8 as I was tall.
I was so shit at football that after my first ever excursion wearing
footie boots and white shorts, I decided that come what may, I'd
NEVER be seen dressed like that, or play football again and I never
bloody well have.
As for rugby, that just looked like communal attempted suicide, so I
gave that a miss too, but I was pretty hand at the swimming thing and
represented my school for a few years.
I was outstanding at rugby. I knew where the funny-shaped ball was at all
times, and stayed well away from it.
My kind of thinking there.
There were a lot of big boys running around covered with mud and jumping on
each other, which no sane person would want to get involved with. I could
slip between these fools with ease: they weren't interested in me, because
I wasn't running after the ball. In my entire (brief) rugby career, the
only things that got muddy were my boots.
I don't believe mine got muddy at all, but they sure as hell got dusty
living (as they did) in the shed.
I've never supported any football team either.
That would be a shitload of alimony.
S'only money.
