200 miles on the Duke, it was rattling like a ***, not engine wise,

had a look, all i could see was the clutch cover bolts where a bit
loose, but not this loose.
Rang AutoStrada, who are going to service the bike, he told me to nip
in tomorrow, on the way home the rattle became very noisy, nipped in
as they are a mile away. Big geezer & I mean big, at least six foot
eight had a look over it, revved it. He then moved the rear heel
plate half an inch & it stopped.
How fucking stupid did I feel, but very glad it wasn't as expensive as
it sounded.
Fucking thing, scared me to death.
Do they always shake the bolts loose so regularly? I am nipping up
after *every* ride, but you can't go ape on the bolts that fasten into
alloy etc as they will strip. Threadlock anyone?
Well you wouldn't listen, oh no. What do you expect from a 916.
BTW nothing has loosened off any of mine.
