UKRM does the Elefantentreffen 2008

Nothing new here apart from a mailing list that anybody interested in
going should subscribe to.

Anyone who wants to go can google for the dates and venue because if
you can't find out stuff like that for yourself then you really
shouldn't be going.

So far the only people who've said they're guaranteed (ha) to be
going are myself, Burnt, Platy, Sweller, Donald and Mike Carley. Bikes
being used are varied and may yet subject to prior
crashing/breakdowns.

I plan to head over on the Thursday before the event taking 2 days to
get there, get absolutely slaughtered on the Friday evening then all
day Saturday and set off for home sometime on the Sunday with the
intention of getting back on the Monday night. I might vary this
slightly by getting a Wednesday evening late crossing and then stop in
Calais ready for a Thursday morning flyer.

Get yourself on the list or regret it later. It'll be a laugh because
we'll have solos, sidecars, alcohol and big fires.
