I've heard of this happening, but in many years of dealing with CN I
haven't ever had any trouble with them myself in this regard. They do
quite often get bike details or personal details wrong on policy docs
and certificates though. Just about every time I re-insure they get
something wrong and I have to ask for new ones to be sent, but they
always arrive within a couple of days.
