CN - anybody else got a problem getting their documents?

I just phoned CN regarding my pending renewal, so I could get this
sorted before I go on holiday. One of the reasons that prompted the
phone call is that the renewal date is ten days away and there was no
sign of the renewal quote.
The salesdroid confirmed that they had sent out two renewal quotes over
the past two weeks, neither of which had made it.
Out of the last three sets of docs, only one arrived on the first try
and that was sent special delivery. All the others only made it on the
second or third attempt.
Strangely enough, there doesn't seem to be any post missing, only the CN
stuff. Anybody else experience this as well?
Oh, and the renewal for all the heaps in my sig plus the 400/4 was a
measly 272 quid.
