Yes, but you're doing something you find fulfilling and personally

You can fix that. I can't claim that you have the personality to work
as an élite sales bod[1] like Lozzo or I but what else do you want to
do apart from move boxes around? You are reasonably intelligent too
and you haven't been beaten with an ugly stick. I'm sure you'd do
well in whatever you wished to do it just takes a bit of a leap of
faith to change jobs sometimes.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. I was a complete underachiever at
school, and didn't manage to get anywhere near what I was (am) capable
of. I'm not in a position to take up full-time education at the
moment, and I can't see that changing; I'm looking at some part-time
stuff at the moment, but the options are quite limited (thinking about
AS-level Law at local night college, as it interests me). I have some
ability with computers, although little formal training, and a
facility with logic and language. I'm not normally a "people person",
either; I can be, but it takes quite an effort on my part - I seem to
lack the ability to "read" people.

[1] I'm the dreaded EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH this month, meaning I met
some minimum criteria that 3,499 other employees didn't. I get a
bottle of champs and a weekend in London + Theater for free, so it
can't be all bad.

Nice!
