Anybody here using Purplecloud survived the migration intact?

They transferred my domains, but not any of the content.

A sarcastic email prompted James to look into it and it was up &
running by the time I rechecked. (a few hours later)

I get a "not
one of my allowed rcpthosts" message whenever I send myself a test email,
either from work or from hotmail, so I can only assume I'm completely
un-email-able.

I got that too - you need to find your check box that says "My server
requires me to log in" on for the smtp post. I've had several
test/real mails go through.

The status page has even gone offline now ...

It's up from here ... last two entries posted for ya ..

There are now around 200 domains still to be migrated, mostly Mail
Only domains. These will hopefully be done by lunchtime today.

Due to the delayed migration and ongoing technical issues, the launch
of the new website will be delayed until later today.

We have also experienced a disk failure on our new secondary name
server and backup mail server, although this should not impact
service. This server will be replaced over the next couple of days.

The migration of customer domains to the new hosting server has taken
far longer than anticipated, but is now largely proceeding without
problems.

Previous issues involving webmail and FrontPage Extensions have now
been resolved. Issues concerning webstats and webmail settings will be
dealt with over the next few days.

Customers who have been moved to the new server should use the
following hostnames to ensure continued access to email and FTP:

* For incoming email: mail-dublin.purplecloud.com or
mail.yourdomain.com
* For outgoing email: smtp-dublin.purplecloud.com or
smtp.yourdomain.com
* For FTP: ftp-dublin.purplecloud.com or ftp.yourdomain.com

The control panel can be accessed at https://cp-dublin.purplecloud.com

We would like to apologise for the disruption caused to some customers
services over the past few days. We have experienced numerous
unexpected problems over the course of the weekend which have hampered
our efforts to make this transition as painless as possible.

Please continue to report any problems to us at
