What a load of utter shit. It's been decades since bikes were as
bad as average car engines in fuel efficiency.
Depends what you mean by "efficiency" doesn't it. Is it "miles per
gallon", or "pollutants per mile", or "bhp per gallon", or what?
For what it's worth, I think bike's are generally pretty crap on fuel.
I suspect most people would compare using MPG, maybe with engine size
thrown in. In which case bikes are indeed crap. However if you use
performance figures, bikes win by a mile. I wonder how many 180mph cars
do 40mpg.
