Listening to the debate after I got the impression that they are not
going for instant but they did send the message that upping the price
for excessive/unnecessary energy use was well up on the agenda and they
weren't afraid to make people pay for doing it.
A point agreed by everyone was that the small tinkering he was doing now
would have a guaranteed effects on the resale values of gas guzzling
fashion cages which would *** off the 4 bye crowd enough that they
might consider being proactively green at their company's next vehicle
purchase. Neat trick.
