It is quite likely that your email address ended up in Orange's filters due
to the spoofing attempt. You could check in some of the real-time spam
lists (some of them are listed at
http://www.email-policy.com/Spam-black-lists.htm) to see if your address
shows up there. If it does, it is likely that Orange subscribes to such a
list and is therefore blocking you without specifically knowing about it.
