Nissan didn't think through the electrical system of this Almira Tino very well. If you have the engine off (but power on) it still powers everything as normal (including colour LCD, reversing camera, REAR WINDOW HEATER, etc.) which can't do the battery favours.
Sounds the same as every car I've ever had I think, assuming by "but power on" you mean you had the ignition on. Has it not got a separate ignition key position that just powers the stereo & *** lighter socket? Lots of cars do it you turn it fully off then keep turning a bit further.
On my Renault, everything stays on after turning off the engine until you open the door. It also has a lethal fly-by-wire throttle that tends to kill the engine when you try to do a spirited standing start, leaving you rolling along at 10 mph with no power and a lorry rapidly approaching. Perhaps it's revenge for Agincourt or Waterloo.
