OT: Ebay Fraud #2343 (Longish)

I thought I had picked up a good deal on ebay and everything seemed in order
and secure. However, you know that feeling you get when things just don't
feel right? Well I got it with this transaction and decided to send all the
details to DHL's and Western Union's security departments before I went any
further. It is a scam.
If the deal seems to be too good to be true it usually *is too good to be
true*.
Air Expedited International by Air WorldWide (DHL)
DHL Worldwide Express reduces risks associated with Internet transactions
by acting as a licensed, trusted, neutral third party for online
transactions. The Seller leaves the merchandise into DHL custody. The
merchandise will remain in DHL custody until the Buyer provides the payment
informations to DHL. The payment must be made through a Money Order Service.
Once the funds are verified by DHL, the merchandise will be delivered to the
Buyer. Once the Buyer receives the merchandise, the payment informations
will be released to the Seller only if the Buyer is completely satisfied
with the merchandise. If the Buyer will not be satisfied with the
merchandise, DHL will deliver the merchandise back to the Seller at the
Seller's expense.
Warning!!! The payment must not be made using Western Union's Send Money
Online Service due to the high fraud risk. We will not confirm any payments
made online. The payment must be made at one of Western Union's Agent
Locations, in person by the Buyer.

click here. You have to pay with cash at any Western Union Office......
The payment information will be verified by our Payment Department.
After you will receive the merchandise, check it and if you will be
totally satisfied with it, you will instruct us to release the payment
information to the Seller so he can go to a Western Union Agent Location and
collect the payment.
The payment information will be released to the Seller only when you
instruct us to do so.
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you will simply have to
return it to us and it will be delivered back to the Seller at the Seller's
expense.
In this case you will also go to the Western Union Agent where you have
made the payment and refund your money.
