Yeah, I rang them yesterday. In fact that was what prompted the
original post. They seemed helpful, but not terribly clever IYSWIM.
Keen, but not clued up.

It may just have been the sales girly I spoke to, but I was thinking
that maybe they should change their name to 'puppy' instead of
'bulldog'. That's what she put me in mind of; all wagging and
licking, but no real force.... (perhaps I'll stop there before we
start talking housetraining....)
