So long as you use a good bit, go at it slow and steady - letting things
cool down rather than standing on the drill for a long highspeed scream -
it should be fine for most mixes. You could be unlucky and find yours is
the one mixed with lots of iron bars and flint but you'd be unlucky.
The trick is - and it sounds obvious but its not - is to work out where to
position the defender with the garage door *shut* ...... Don't draw a line
across the opening and expect it to come out in the correct place because
usually it won't.
You need a tiny amount of clearance and the best way to find out how much
is to shut the door, slide it up to it and check you can get it off and on
its pin *and* that the door can clear the pin. Otherwise it will be very
secure 'cos you won't be able to open the door at all.
Unless you use two defenders (one in each corner) you will need to
reinforce the bottom edge of the garage door. Decent bit of wood, old
metal bars, whatever.... because you need to ensure the corners of the
door can't be levered up
and the door 'torn'.
