so if you only want a pint of boiling water it was beyond the wit of
housewives 30 years ago to pour a pint of water IN to the kettle in the
first place????

the graduated sight glass thing predates the kettles you speak of,
rigsby style bolter to the wall above the sink boilers.

so 2000 watts is more efficient that 500 watts is it?

I will guarantee you a million pounds tomorrow if you can produce a
vacuum cleaner that does not produce a "cyclone" inside the suction
tube...

several industries the world over will beat a path to your door armed
with blank cheques.

better throw away your air filters and unlock all that hidden
horsepower, if it takes so much performance out of a lowly 3 hp vacuum
cleaner you'll prolly get an extra 50 bhp at the real wheel on a gixxer
huh

yeah, those 60's housewives couldn't simply replace the bag could
they...

no, you just throw away the entire vacuum cleaner because they are
utter crap and die on you, dyson especially, utter shit

> These cleaners also pick up more dirt,

that is what the advertising would have you believe, but it isn't based
in fact.

you want a vacuum cleaner that does what it says on the tin buy a kirby

you mean those horrible power and efficiency sapping exhaust filters???

shome mishtake shirley...
