Their service is excellent - mine happened on a Sunday afternoon at Roche
Abbey in Yorkshire.

They turned up by mid-day at Dunstable where I was working, but without any
glass as there are, apparently, 2 sizes for that model. They cut and fitted
a temporary piece of perspex and ordered the right glass, returned on
Wednesday, wrong glass! - it was Friday by the time the correct piece was
fitted.
