I'd pity anyone who got my liver ... OTOH I suppose one could argue if
it hasn't failed by now it's never going to.

As if the hard pressed clinicians in the NHS haven't got enough
pointless form-filling and bureaucratic bollocks to worry about as it
is, without running around calculating percentages.

It really is quite the most stupid "idea" I've seen in ages; donate, or
don't donate, it's your choice, but don't *** things up or complicate
them any more than they already are.
