Nothing. That's the whole point. Open your brain up and let the
incredible vastness of the universe and all the possible occurences
impinge upon your imagination.

You can't, see? There's a limit to what the human brain can encompass,
but that doesn't mean that some Supreme Being designed it all. All the
stuff we have here is only a small fraction of all that could happen -
Darwin et al were only scratching the surface of a very little muddy
pond in the arse end of nowhere.
