Little more than a Cravens class 105 dmu and a Railtrack/Network Rail MPV,
although I suspect the latter will be welcomed. Also some Railtrack ballast
hoppers - everyone seems to be doing the 'departmental' thing these days.
Good to see a split-headcode Peak too.
... don't forget the cattle wagon - that is about all I'll be buying
from the new releases.
Though - thinking about it - perhaps they're fully committed to a
programme of specials for the NRM ?!? (Better get the main batch of
Deltics out first, though)!
More likely they're fully committed to getting the things they've promised us in previous years to market, such as the G2 and the 4CEP to name but two things I'm waiting for.
On a more pragmatic level, what with the unrebuilt Patriot and the
Standard Class 4 4-6-0 outstanding, they'll probably struggle to
release even this modest 2008/9 programme on time.
Regards,
John Isherwood.
