Dixon (Dickson?) is the standard, and is a damn good tool post. There are asian clones of the Dixon post available, with mixed reports.

Tripan if you are feeling flush. It is a very compact tool post, taking up very little space on the lathe.

I like the Tripan enough, that I am building something similar for my own lathe. I would pay a pretty penny for a 111 tool post, but not full retail, quite yet. :-) Still waiting for the right one to show on Ebay, or for the knock-offs to come out of China.

Both use a knurled adjuster nut to adjust height.
