Hi Boo
You could try PJ Tooling as I know they regring all kinds of stuff and
he`s quite cheap at around £1.50 per end mill.
He may be able to grind a standard end mill to suit.
I have no connection other than he has sharpened some mills for me and
also made me some odd size counterbores. Good prices and fast
service.
The guys name is Paul .

Hi,
I want to make some parts with slots that have a filleted bottom rather than a
90 degree join (IYSWIM) so I wondered if there is such a thing as a slot drill
or end mill with the very tips of the edges chamfered or radiused to a couple of
millimeters. Kind of like a flat bottomed ball end end mill. Can anyone tell
me if these exist and if so what are they called and who sells them ?
Mnay thanks,
Boo
.
