Forum? I see you're using Gogle Groups. This isn't a Google Group, this
is a usenet group. Usenet does have moderated groups, but they're few
and far between. Creating one isn't all that easy. I'm sure a search of
the web will show you what's involved in creating a moderated group in
the uk. heirachy.
