When we migrated from dial-up to broadband, we got onto the BT techie people

now that we were on BT. They gave us the info straight away, but we then had an
issue with the background validation email sig which they now require, and
eventually we were told to put in the one they gave us with the broadband
account but never used, all the other settings are much as they were for
dial-up.

I have already logged on using my 'disposable' address, seen above
- no problems, no password, straight in! Perhaps with broadband being
'always on' that provides the authentication required. Anyway, I now have
the choice of at least two servers.... your 'BTOpenworld' remains to be
explored in the fullness of time. Thanks to all who contributed.
