Vegetable Oil or Sunflower Oil

Hello peeps!

As an old poster from what seems an age ago I thought I would pop in and ask
for your valued opinions on how do you get your pones coats to shine?
Someone suggested a glug of good old fashioned cooking oil in each feed but
which one would be best, Vegetable or Sunflower, what do you guys think?
