I'm really struggling here with the notion that you kicked off this
'theoretical' posting on the 29th and yesterday on a French forum
where this very subject was being discussed - with numerous people
putting in huge effort to not only save a few of these pones, but to
highlight this trade with various charities, there was a posting from
a 'new member' who had quite a lot to say on the subject:-

The thread is quite long (9 pages), but 'Black Beauty' makes his/her
appearance on page 8 and seems to have quite an opinion - but was it
his/her own view or that of those here who had previously contributed
to this thread?
