Seconded - sounds like you had great fun, and if they enjoy themselves,
Fantastic report, i loved it and made me chuckle, who cares about the
result, at least Chocy enjoyed!
that's the main thing!
(My Sophie and Kathy's Tessa decided to have a bit of a race on a bridleway
on our ride yesterday... narrow gap in hedge ahead... thought it would be
fun to play 'chicken' and see who could get there first (and Sophie is
faster)... then realised there was a wooden bridge over a ditch in the gap!
Whoops... brakes on!! Lots of laughs though. Tessa went over flat out
gallop ... don't know if bridges are built to take that sort of thing!
We also rode through the longest ford in England! - a lovely sunken lane
with water running underfoot (hoof?) and high banks either side and trees
meeting overhead. Carry on up the Amazon, anyone? Very refreshing on a
hot day. About a mile of water to go through... OK maybe half a mile. But
still VERY long.
Cheers.
Alison.
