Sorry! Have just collapsed with laughter at my error - I did mean Andy-K reJMC - I really do feel for you. That sounds a dreadful situation. Have
you consulted any other vets for advise re steriod use? I think I would
get a second opinion - its always worth it.

Well, I don't normally consult a vet for my personal health, though
considering my current GP I might get better advice :)
the poor suffering horse, not that I don't sympathise with your situation,
but I meant Andy-K's horse - am I digging a deeper hole here??!
I was just mentioning it as many problems we humans have are reflected
in our animals - be they horses, dogs or cats.
As I said, I was at fault, I was replying to Andy-K and in no way trying to
be sarcastic to you. Your comments were valuable and I agree, are reflected
in animals. Sorry JMC!
