Have a look at Dom Bradshaw's excellent PTP site www.jumpingforfun.co.uk It
is a very useful site and there is a discussion forum.
AFAIK the sindicate does not need to be registered with Weatherby's but the
horse does. The Jockey club website has the rules on. If you can get a
previous seasons PTP schedule that has all the rules too.
