jail time 4 possession with intent 1 kilo is it still possible?
Took a tickle from the plod, came visiting unannounced on different matter
(Anon phone call saying I was shooting a shotgun out of a window, brought
them at speed with bad attitude + guns and handcuffs) In a search looking
for firearms they stumbled onto my stash, about a K assorted greenery, most
well cured UK home grow, about 6 kinds, bit of nice WW and 1/2 daily smoke
type/ commercial. + about 150 gram assorted resins, no soapbar! my hash
stash all gone, heavy sigh! my last bit of genuine temple ball. Been
collecting years, no scales about 30 little decanting bags 'my daily bags'
and £500 cash, and of course no gun of any description, they took a bird
scaring thing that stops birds nesting and lets caps off, if a bird makes to
much bounce on the branches, took it from the yard and one on the worktop
still in the box, to stop my kitty eating the young birdlings and maybe
catching flu... So what's the rules of the game nowadays not took a fall for
14 years so its changed a bit I hear. age 50 odd bit of past for dealing 20
years back. Retired from any criminal stuff ages ago. just a heavy user
nowadays,,,,,,,,,,, well I fuckin was! So do I still get jail and flat
eviction? I am disabled, self consumer, but haven't really done the medical
thing. Just said the truth, it's mine I smoke an awful lot, don't know why,
I just like it, I collect nice bits, when and if I find them, and get other
stuff in bulk for everyday use, I get it that way, from trusted people, who
sell it me dead cheep as I am an old timer, discreet, and a known collector,
so if something nice turns up I might get a snifter/sample, I might say its
crap, I might say its nice. It's got that old bugger stoned, so it must be
ok, kind of thing. It is getting on my nerves that they don't yet believe
that Cannabis only folk, are good folk, and will give you smoke for FREE yes
free, if they think you should have one! They just won't believe it. I stay
in 6 1/2 days a week, I don't pollute the young people with my hobbies, all
my mates are my age, no surveillance, no evidence of dealing, no queues
outside my house, just an unlucky hit.
Oh I did nearly get shot, but only nearly. A pair of gun toting thugs,
dragged me spread eagle into middle of road with the gun at head jobby, bent
me in some unusual positions as they couldn't cuff me because my leg and arm
are restricted in movement and can NOT reach behind my back without a lot of
pulling and twisting, they were happy to help! And they have still put the
ongoing investigation sentence on charge ***, about possible firearms
offences, but said the bird scare thing is legal. no brief until after
Easter, so got it bubbling on my mind a tad for the next few days, so
whatdya reckon, I'm well out of touch, jail time on a mixed kilo of Percy
Green, and a small collection of hash? you know chaps and esses, I have
smoked Cannabis for 35 years, in my youth I did a bit more than smoke it,
and in that 35 years, the ONLY time I have EVER seen a gun, its been in the
hands of a copper, the only time I have had one stuck under my hat and in my
face its been by a copper.
We are in peril here fellows watch out. Anyone anywhere can make a malicious
phone call, say they seen a gun, or worse your shooting a gun out of a
window, and they act before any questions, have even been thought never mind
asked! Not one copper asked any neighbours if they had heard any gun bangs,
before they attacked me not one, I am dam lucky to still be here, so loosing
my assorted K don't seem that bad a do really.. Bad day at Black Rock.
