Mainly they were dropped just for asking to see the 'evidence', it
was obviously so faulty the did not want it released to the
public.

So you always opt to go to court and then ask for the evidence and
hope for the best?

absolutely sure you have committed the 'crime',

policeman, or you are unaware they prefer not to let the truth get in
the way of easy money!

True, but that is different from accepting / rejecting the offer of a
FPN.


In the case of speed cameras they are invariably wrong.
