Blue LEDs all over the bonnet

and to top it all there's a pickup truck that drives around Redditch
with a set of blue spotlights mounted on his roof.

I saw an Astra estate or van driving at high speed in Edinburgh with
flashing blue lights and siren on the go. It was plain white on an 08
plate IIRC, but had no other markings. Looked a bit 'Barry' to be
honest, almost like it had a mild body kit and alloy wheels. I'm
assuming it was an unmarked fuzzmobile, but you never know these
days...
