I have a valid reason to consider the sentence applied to me. It names
me, it was addressed to me, it was made in response to a post I made and
'Squelch' has a history of such attacks.

But gramatically, it was addressed to you, not about you.

That is an assertion you keep making and it is not an assertion that is
true. Gramamtically it was both addressed to me and was, apparently
about me.

Because repetition of an interpretation is not a justification of that
interpretation and I can see no point to refuting the same old crap more
than once.

It was the first time I'd expanded on my interpretation, to explain the way
the sentence was constructed grammatically and what effect this has.

<sigh> No, you demonstrate that there is another way to phrase something
it was not an explanation of the grammatical structure of the original
sentence. It was another sentence. It is no more and no less clear than
the first and no more or no less addressed to me personally.
