Note it does not mention slow

Listen smartass, cautious is often used these days to mean slow.
Therefore, I used 'IF' because I understood that may not be your
meaning.
So, stuff your 'note' you sarcastic twit.

If I wanted to say slow I would have said it, but it is good to know that we
agree that cautious in this instance does not mean slow. It is quite
possible to drive fast & cautious, as it is also possible to drive slow &
not be cautious.
