Well, the M54 heads towards north Wales.

Errr no, it stops at Telford. If you want to get to North Wales the A5 then continnues as DC to Shrewsbury and after the Shrewsbury bypass it's SC all the way to Holyhead.

Yes, I hope he gets clobbered if he supports a policy of clobbering the rest of us. Ideally *nobody* should get clobbered for speeding - if that's all it is.
