Well, the M54 heads towards north Wales.

Errr no, it stops at Telford. If you want to get to North Wales the A5 then
continnues as DC to Shrewsbury and after the Shrewsbury bypass it's SC all
the way to Holyhead.

Maybe he was using the
'extended test track'.

Who knows, but I hope get's clobbered.
