Ye Gods, Jesus H Christ on a Segway.

4 bikes on a trailer pulled by ... another bike.

Why stop at just the one trailer?

Was it fabricated out of Speedframe?

Today, at 8.30am, I cycled along the A20, a short single carriageway
section in Inner London, with one lane in each direction. I kept
well within the 30mph speed limit, yet some motorists seemed to feel
that I had no right to be on the road. I was both cut up and beeped
several times.

Oh, and before you ask, since the photos above were taken I have
modified the trailer. The two outside bikes face forwards and the two
inside bikes face backwards. That means that the outside bikes' rear
lights and reflectors are clearly visible to the rear at either side
of the trailer.

Have you thought of a career as a mobile fairground sideshow?

After all bearded ladies can get treatment nowadays so there could be
niche for you.
