It may well be. There are a couple of places in N.Wales along the A5
where that sort of speed is perfectly attainable and acceptable early
in the morning.

That sort of excuse would not stop *him* rogering someone else
senseless with his truncheon. As the OP said, if you live by the
speed camera...

Oh I agree he should be punished because we would - but it is all rather
silly!
