God I'm fed up with the ball game already and the fucking thing hasn't
even started yet. Every shop has a "world cup crap we can peddle"
window display, every sodding advert on telly is world cup related, tv
shows I like are cancelled. Bah.
I'm with you there. The only time telly is rescheduled is for the
dreaded football, not even wars seem to get the same media attention.
Must be something to do with the need to belong to something, the tribal
instinct, or something.

Let them know of your disapproval, you pay a licence fee just like me maybe if
enough of us let them know we aren't happy they will listen but some how I doubt
