Who would want to make a car like that? As soon as someone gets done
for speeding and says the limiter was on the manufacturer has a lot
of *** to wade through.
Still the drivers responsibility, no question.
Of course but the driver is still going to want the manufacturer to
explain how he got done for speeding when he was using a device that was
supposed to prevent him from doing so.
