Doesn't actually limit at all, just alerts the driver that he has
exceeded his set threshold.
I only tried it a couple of times when I first got my 740 about 5 years
back and played with *all* the OBC functions...
So all it does is go "choong!" and flash "Limit 140mph" on the
notification area?
