Sorry, but this scheme has been around for years, with the drivers in
question required to display undated or personalised number plates.

BMWsRange Rover. The way in which most of these are driven makes drivers of

A trip around the curry houses and leafy suburbs of Leicester will show
more Mercs with personalised number plates than anything else.
