These drivers will be issued with flags, white with a red cross,
signifying their inability to drive properly.
Sorry, but this scheme has been around for years, with the drivers in
question required to display undated or personalised number plates.
I thought they were required to drive BMWs?
A do-it-yourself, highly-unscientific survey will show that the vehicle type
with the highest proportion of undated or personalised numberplates is the
Range Rover. The way in which most of these are driven makes drivers of BMWs
look highly accomplished.
