Is there a law on the number of people allowed in a car. I have a
five
door escort and was wondering if I could get away with 3 adults and
3
small children but cannot find any information about any passenger
limits.
The law requires that each person has their own seat and that each
person
wears a seatbelt.
It doesn't.
Which law do you think states that?
Explain to me then why on the theory test that the driver is responsible
for anyone under the age of 14 not wearing a seatbelt? If they are older
than 14 its their responsible and a possible fine - my sis's bf was fined
not wearing a seatbelt.
.
